Stella Saliari has an MSc in Middle East Politics from SOAS, University of London and an MA in Gender Studies from Utrecht University. She also holds a degree in German and English language and literature from TU Braunschweig. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with local and international organisations in the Higher Education as well as not-for-profit sector.
Stella curates and moderates events with an emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging and justice (DEIBJ). She is also a trainer and speaker who focuses on topics such as creating a sense of belonging in educational as well as work environments, the importance of building safer and braver spaces, and the use of inclusive language and communication. For her educational methods, she adopts participatory and experiential approaches, emphasizing active listening, co-creation and collective learning.
She has lived and worked in different countries and together with her four children and her partner, lives on Chios island in a house full of books, curiosity, dialogue and different languages.
