Mental Health Counselor | Body-Oriented Psychotherapy & Counseling

Anna Ntouma is a Mental Health Counsellor specializing in body-oriented psychotherapy and counseling, with a background in Human Resources and career counseling. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Pace University in New York and has professional experience in HR departments in New York (Training) and Athens (Recruitment), as well as in career counselling.

She completed her training at the Wilhelm Reich Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling, specializing in body-oriented psychotherapy and counselling. She has facilitated experiential groups, workshops, and seminars for organizations, municipalities, schools, and NGOs. She has also designed and facilitated groups for new mothers and psychosocial support groups for lung cancer patients, in collaboration with FairLife Lung Cancer Care.

In her practice, she combines talk therapy with experiential and body-oriented approaches, supporting individuals through periods of stress and change, including anxiety, exhaustion and burnout, somatic manifestations of psychological distress, loss, trauma, and relationship challenges. In her work with groups, she creates experiential learning spaces that encourage self-awareness, awareness of others and reflection on patterns of communication and interaction. Her approach aims to translate psychological and body-based concepts into practical tools that can support stress management, healthier ways of relating, and psychological resilience in both personal and professional contexts.
