Katerina, with over twenty years of experience in Human Resource Management, has held leadership roles in multinational and multicultural environments. Her career began at AXA Insurance, where she worked with senior executives, providing guidance on talent management, labour relations, organisational development, and managing a team of 120. Seeking new challenges, she moved to PeoplePerHour, a tech startup based in London, as HR Manager. There, she built the HR function from scratch, contributing to the company’s growth and fostering a supportive work environment. In 2018, Katerina joined Dialectica as Director of Talent, where she led organisational transformation initiatives. In 2021, she took on the role of Director of Leadership Coaching, supporting executives in developing leadership skills through the award-winning Coaching For Success programme, which she founded. Through her company “Mellon Coaching by Katerina,” she helps professionals worldwide navigate challenges such as workplace trauma and career transitions, achieving a meaningful professional and personal life. She is also a volunteer mentor with Women on Top and WeLead, contributing to women’s empowerment. Katerina holds a degree in Marketing, an MSc in HR Management, and international certification as a Senior Practitioner Coach from EMCC. She is a mother and advocate for the social visibility of foster families, serving on the Board of Directors of the Pelargos Association of Foster and Adoptive Families.
