Danai Vasileiou believes that the highest value of work lies in the people it impacts. For her, every professional role is an opportunity to create something that will make someone’s daily life better: whether by helping a team collaborate more effectively, designing processes that simplify people’s lives, or contributing to the growth of organizations with a meaningful social impact. Her studies in the Department of Economics at the University of Piraeus, combined with her participation in TEDxUniversityofPiraeus, strengthened her knowledge of economic theory and leadership. Today, she works as a Founder’s Associate at Althyna, supporting the growth of a startup that promotes safe and independent living for older adults. At the same time, she designs and facilitates experiential workshops focused on empowering people.
Beyond her professional career, Danae is actively involved in improvisational theater (Improv), through which she explores the creativity, expressiveness, and trust that come from teamwork and collaboration. Through her experience on stage, she seeks to create spaces where people can express themselves freely, trust themselves and others more, and discover new ways to coexist and create together.
