Stella studied Special Education at the University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki, with a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Through her experience abroad, she specialised in the employment inclusion of adults with disabilities (intellectual, physical disabilities, autism spectrum) and specifically in the Supported Employment Model. She currently works in the business sector in the human resources department, focusing on employee recruitment and training. Combining her knowledge of disability and HR experience, she is actively involved in workplace inclusion, educating companies on Neurodiversity and Disability, with the aim of providing consultancy support for the implementation of inclusive HR methods. At the same time, she empowers young people with diverse abilities through training and career counselling sessions. Her goal is for the business world to be enriched by diversity, so that the final canvas reflects equality and inclusion.
