Dimitra is a PCI Certified Parent Coach and Attachment Parenting educator, offering support and empowerment services for parents (1:1, group, and couple coaching). She also conducts workshops, talks, and awareness programmes for companies and organisations, with one goal: to bring parenting into the corporate environment with care and respect for the needs of working parents and businesses, contributing to the creation of more inclusive workplaces for parents and their needs. Since December 2020, she has been a mentor and collaborator at Women On Top. An amateur marathon runner, she enjoys sharing and expressing emotions. You can find her on social media, often writing personal stories and reflections based on her observations of the people she loves. She has studied Political Science and completed postgraduate studies in Political Science and Sociology. After many years in research positions in the private sector, she consciously chose to make a career shift and dedicate herself to what expresses her most and makes her feel fulfilled and creative—supporting parents. For her, supporting parents is part of a chain for the change we want in our lives and society.
