Evangelia Kontodima graduated from the Department of Philosophy – Pedagogy and Psychology at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and holds a Master’s degree in Intercultural Education from Freie Universität Berlin. She has experience in supporting vulnerable social groups, offering counselling and educational services. She specialises in teaching Greek as a second language and has worked extensively with refugees, migrant populations, and Roma communities. For the past 15 years, she has provided educational services to users and former users of addictive substances at KETHEA. She is a certified adult educator and has many years of experience working with adults in both formal and non-formal education. She has also worked as a teacher in the prisons of Diavata and Korydallos. Through her collaboration with the NGO ARSIS, she has managed national and European projects, most recently focusing on the prevention and combatting of human trafficking.
