Vasiliki Karampampa

Vasiliki is a professional in the field of Learning & Development within corporate environments, and an experienced Learning Facilitator specializing in the design and delivery of experiential training programs. She holds a degree in Humanities and a Master’s in Educational Policy. Over the past five years, she has trained more than 500 professionals in skills that support both their personal and professional growth. She believes deeply in the power of learning through experience, which is why her workshops are grounded in participatory and hands-on methodologies.

In parallel, she is active in career counseling and women’s empowerment, offering guidance as a mentor and career advisor.

Her favorite word is “creativity” — the very principle that led her to create Spot Your Light, a series of facilitation tools designed for trainers and facilitators. At the heart of this methodology lies inclusion: a learning approach that ensures every participant feels seen, valued, and fully engaged in their learning journey
