Dr. Nana Tsoumaki is an Education and Career Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in teaching, research, leadership, and professional development. She holds a Doctorate in education consultancy along with postgraduate degrees in research, management, and education, and is one of the few researchers worldwide specializing in autoethnography. In 2010, she founded Athina, Education Consultants in Athens and later expanded her international collaborations through Kosmos Education Services in London. She advises
educational institutions, multinational organizations, NGOs, and individuals on upskilling, reskilling, lifelong learning, the integration of DEI practices, and innovative educational strategies, while also mentoring individuals and teams in personal development, storytelling,
and autoethnographic methods.
Her research and consulting work focus on cultural awareness, the internationalization of higher education, active ageing, professional development, and the promotion of inclusive leadership. She actively supports equal opportunities, the inclusion of diverse identities, and
the empowerment of women, serving on boards and initiatives such as the Greek International Women Awards (GIWA), 50Plus Hellas and Inner Wheel Greece.
Dr. Tsoumaki delivers seminars, executive training programs, and public talks, bridging academic research with practice and fostering dialogue on education, diversity, equity, inclusion, and the future of work across Europe and internationally.
