The intellectual property rights belong exclusively to INC.LUDE PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY or its affiliated companies or the individuals and businesses from whom it has obtained permission to use their content via the Website.
    Reproduction, republication, retransmission, redistribution, or modification of any text, article, research, or any information from this website by any electronic or non-electronic medium is strictly prohibited. The website may contain images, texts, or other elements whose intellectual property rights belong to third parties.     The Website offers each visitor the option to register in order to receive informational material about inc.lude and its areas of activity, such as the sending of newsletters. During registration, each user provides their full name and email address, which they declare to be valid, truthful, and under their full and exclusive control and responsibility. The company is not responsible for any damage resulting from third-party access to their email address.
    Acceptance of the Website’s terms and the user’s submission of their email address constitutes their unconditional consent for inc.lude to use the provided email address for the purposes it was given.

    inc.lude reserves the right to unilaterally modify, withdraw, or cancel part or all of these terms without prior notice, with effect from the moment the new version of the terms is posted on the Website.
    inc.lude also retains the right to modify its services, provided such modifications are posted on the Website.
    inc.lude is not responsible for any civil or criminal claims by the user or third parties related to the operation or non-operation of the Website or the temporary inability to provide services.
  7. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction
    These terms of use and any subsequent modifications are governed and supplemented by Greek law, EU law, and applicable International Treaties. Any provision of these terms that conflicts with the law will be considered invalid and inoperative, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
    Any dispute, difference, or conflict arising from the application or interpretation of these terms will be resolved through Mediation by a specially trained and certified Mediator, according to Law No. 4640/2019. If the disputing parties enter into Mediation but no agreement is reached, anyone wishing to do so may refer the matter to judicial proceedings, with the Courts of Athens having exclusive jurisdiction.
