Eleni Givralaki is a systemic therapist and storyteller. Since 2015, she has been working with folk myths and their storytelling in both Greek and English. She creates self-awareness and empowerment workshops for women and organisations. The core pillars of her workshops include dealing with all forms of loss, grief management, self-confidence, and stress management, aiming to empower both individuals and teams. In her workshops, she incorporates self-awareness exercises, role-playing games, and coaching tools to achieve the group’s goals. She has provided consulting to teams and team leaders with a focus on empowerment, enhancing corporate culture, and developing inclusive leadership skills.
