Antonela has extensive experience in European and international programmes, non-formal education, volunteering, and Civil Society. She is a project manager and fundraising manager at InterMediaKT, which combines technological innovation with education. She is also a member of the educational registries of the Youth Foundation and Lifelong Learning and the British Council in Greece. Antonela has completed over 600 hours of training seminars and more than 100 hours of mentoring. She has lived in five countries and travelled to over 30, speaking four languages (Albanian, English, Greek, and Spanish). She loves non-formal education, lifelong learning, and technology. A fan of contrasts, she enjoys hiking just as much as relaxing with a coffee. She claims to be 25 years old since 2016 and is still striving to find that elusive balance between personal and professional life.
