Christina Gika is a parent coach with over 10 years of experience supporting parents and families. She is a certified Parent Coach through the Parent Coaching Institute, as well as a certified Compassionate Inquiry and Somatic Experiencing practitioner, working with a trauma-informed, attachment-focused approach. She has also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrates elements of this approach into her work.
For over 9 years, she has been training and mentoring parent coaches all over the world through the Parent Coaching Institute. She holds a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Surrey and an MBA, and has consciously shifted her professional path toward supporting parents and families.
She is also a certified educator in approaches such as Positive Discipline, Attachment Parenting, and Parent Effectiveness Training (Thomas Gordon), with extensive training in child social and emotional development and attachment.
