As the co-founder of inc.lude, and in her role as Head of Operations, HR, and Community Development, Pinelopi ensures the sustainability and effectiveness of the company’s strategic planning. She is also the co-founder of WHEN – a non-profit organisation dedicated to the professional and economic development of women and gender equality in the public sphere. Additionally, she works as a coach specializing in social change leadership and fostering meaningful impact.

A graduate of Media Studies from the University of Sussex and holding a Master’s degree in Communication and Public Relations from Westminster University in London, Pinelopi has 15 years of experience in the Communications & Public Relations sector, a background she brings into her current role.

Her vision is to support and empower individuals, teams, and organisations in the most meaningful and effective way. To this end, she coordinates initiatives, projects, and workshops related to sustainable social change. She specialises in designing, implementing, and monitoring training, empowerment, and awareness initiatives on DEI topics. Pinelopi is certified as a facilitator for the Playing Big and Generate Your Business programmes by the International Labour Organization. She is also a member of the Community Advisory Body of the Feminist Leadership Hub and a judge for the 2024 DEI Awards.
