Eleftheria Kostoula Athanasiou is working in the position of Junior Marketing & Communications Coordinator at inc.lude. They have extensive knowledge in the field of humanities, having completed the Communication, Media and Culture curriculum of Panteion University. They also had the opportunity to study academic journalism, B2B communication and crisis management in Karoli Gaspar Reformed University in Hungary through the Erasmus program. 

Their professional career as a Copywriter in the field of advertising, as well as their role as a columnist has equipped them with creative writing, research and communication strategy skills. Through their training in the “Use of gendered language in advertisement” they perfected critical language analysis tools that serve them to this day. 

Eleftheria also contributes voluntarily to the dialogue concerning inclusion, through essays with an intersectional approach to gaming and culture. Utilising their creative and organisational skills, they design and coordinate effective marketing and communication campaigns for inc.lude.
