
Stella Kasdagli is the co-founder of inc.lude, a consulting and training agency that supports companies and organisations on issues of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. She is also the co-founder of Women On Top, the leading non-profit organisation in Greece focused on women’s professional empowerment and equality in the public sphere. Stella is an author, translator, and trainer for both teens and adults. She studied French Literature in Athens and Media Cultures in London, and worked for several years as editor-in-chief at Cosmopolitan magazine, while also collaborating with other Greek and English-language publications and websites. Since 2017, Stella has been furthering her studies in gender equality, diversity, and inclusion, designing initiatives to eliminate the barriers that women and other underrepresented groups still face in the labour market. She writes about topics she believes should be discussed more, translates books, and leads book clubs and workshops focused on personal development and social change. Stella is a graduate of the IVLP programme of the U.S. State Department, and has been honoured with the Social Impact UK Alumni Award, as well as the State Award for Children’s Knowledge Books for her book 30 Women Who Changed the World (and How You Can Change It Too), published by Patakis Editions. She has two daughters and lives with them in Athens.
