Rafaela is a Project Coordinator at inc.lude. She has over 7 years of experience in Ηuman Resource management, with an academic background in Economics from the University of Crete and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the Athens University of Economics and Business. Through her academic and professional experience, she integrates theoretical knowledge with practical expertise to create and implement best practices in businesses.

She has experience in recruitment, cultivating workplace culture, and Employer Branding, with a particular focus on IT companies. Rafaela has implemented numerous internal and external initiatives aimed at employee retention and improving corporate culture. Additionally, she supports small and medium-sized enterprises in human resources and communication matters. Since 2016, she has been actively involved in volunteer work contributing to the creation of an equal society, focusing on initiatives that emphasize diversity and inclusion.
