Recruitment practices lay the foundation for building a fair and high-performing workplace. To ensure equity and inclusion, both CV evaluation and the use of psychometric tools must be free from bias and discrimination that can compromise merit-based hiring. In this training, participants will learn to identify the implicit signals that CVs can carry and how to assess them objectively, without being influenced by unconscious bias. They will also be introduced to the ethical and effective use of psychometric assessments, gaining insight into their strengths and limitations.
