We’ll explore the difference between meaningful inclusion and pinkwashing, and unpack the concept of performative or “tick-box” allyship. Through practical tools, real-world examples, and honest reflection, participants will learn how to take intentional, responsible action that supports lasting, positive change—ensuring that inclusion for LGBTQIA+ individuals is embedded in everyday culture, not just surface-level messaging.
