The WHEN Hub is a space where women, females, and any individual interested in gender equality can work, grow, develop, venture, cultivate new skills and empower themselves through a dynamic community of mutual support.

It includes co-working space, closed offices, meeting rooms, podcast studio, parent-child room and creative activity space for infants and children 0-12 years old, so that mothers and parents can work together in a focused way and make their professional dreams come true, a little easier and a little more collectively!

The Hub was created by WHEN to house not only the organization’s actions but also its vision to create a collaborative hub that can, in a systematic way, promote gender equality in Greece and through strategic partnerships support companies and organizations that want to provide an inclusive work environment for parents and caregivers.
