Initiatives aimed at promoting and sustaining a culture of inclusion and respect often evolve into complex projects that require expertise, resources, and time to achieve the greatest positive impact. Our team undertakes the design, management, monitoring, and evaluation of such projects, including: internal and hybrid mentoring programs, corporate volunteering programs, the creation of support structures for employees with caregiving responsibilities, the development and support of Employee Resource Groups and other employee communities, DEI-related events, conferences, and workshops, and more.
