How does grief and loss manifest within a corporate environment? What emotions emerge when a team loses a member—or when someone within the team is grieving a personal loss? This workshop series is designed to provide leaders and team members with the knowledge, language, and emotional tools needed to support one another during times of grief. We will explore the different forms grief can take, the emotional responses it can trigger within a group, and what leaders need to understand about the stages of grief and effective coping strategies. Through open dialogue and practical activities, participants will learn to recognise and respond to emotions with compassion, creating a space where grief is acknowledged and processed in healthy, respectful ways. The ultimate goal is to strengthen team cohesion, support individuals who are grieving, and help the entire group navigate transitions with empathy, presence, and resilience.
