As organisations become increasingly international, multicultural, and globally connected, they are exposed to a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Cultural diversity can be a powerful asset—enhancing the quality of work and driving stronger business outcomes. However, to unlock this potential, cultural differences must be recognised, understood, and managed with awareness and sensitivity. This is especially important in today’s landscape of remote collaboration, where team members may work across vastly different cultural and geographical contexts. This training focuses on developing cultural awareness and intercultural competence. Participants will explore key dimensions of cultural difference and how they impact areas such as communication, team and people management, negotiation, decision-making, conflict resolution, performance management, project delivery, customer service, and more. The aim is to build inclusive, high-performing teams that thrive across cultures—both in-person and remotely.
