How do we step in when we witness behaviour that goes against the principles of equity, diversity, and inclusion? How can we take a stand against discrimination, violence, or harassment while maintaining the balance needed to bring about positive change? And how do we engage in difficult conversations without being driven by anger, fear, discomfort, or passivity? In this seminar, we will explore practical tools to help us set boundaries and support those who need it—safely, confidently, and effectively.
