Anxiety disorders are among the most common mental health conditions, with a significant impact on individuals’ wellbeing and performance. This session offers training on how to effectively and inclusively support individuals experiencing psychosocial disabilities, such as anxiety disorders, within the work environment. Participants will explore contributing factors, learn to recognise the signs of anxiety in themselves and others, and gain tools to address anxiety constructively in the workplace. The training also emphasises the importance of non-traumatising communication and aims to foster a culture of empathy, awareness, and psychological safety for all.
