This training aims to provide participants with essential knowledge and awareness of what neurodiversity is and how it influences day-to-day life in the workplace. We begin by defining neurodiversity and exploring the range of neurological differences it includes—such as the autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, dyslexia, and more. Through educational materials and real-life stories, participants will gain a deeper appreciation for the diversity of the human brain and understand why embracing this diversity is vital to the progress of society, organisations, and teams. The session also addresses common misconceptions and biases surrounding neurodiversity, helping to raise awareness, challenge stigma, and promote inclusion at all levels—from peers to leadership. By the end of the training, participants will be better equipped to foster a workplace culture that recognises, respects, and values neurodivergent individuals and their contributions.
