Supporting and uplifting employees with care responsibilities

Supporting and uplifting employees with care responsibilities

Care is a part of everyday life—whether we’re parents, supporting elderly, ill or disabled family members, caring for animals, or contributing to our communities. No matter how visible or invisible our care roles may be, we all need support from our workplaces—and understanding from those around us—to manage our responsibilities with ease and dignity. In this practical seminar, we will explore ways to both seek and offer support to carers, regardless of our role or level within an organisation. Participants will learn how to create a culture of empathy and solidarity, one where caregiving responsibilities are acknowledged, respected, and accommodated—fostering wellbeing, trust, and balance across teams.
