We leverage internationally recognised frameworks and quantitative and qualitative assessment tools to capture the baseline of each organisation regarding issues of equity, diversity & inclusion that directly affect them, their level of maturity, and their strategic position as employers and as providers of products and services. Based on the findings of this assessment, we co-create an action plan for improving selected metrics and provide support, where needed, in its implementation, monitoring, and evaluation.
