Personal Data Protection

  1. The term “Personal Data” refers to information related to you, such as your first and last name, postal and email address, phone number, gender, various comments sent via email, etc., which can be used to identify you, henceforth “Personal Data or Data”.
  2. Processing of personal data of minors and their consent is lawful if they are over the age of 15. If the minor is under 15 years old, we can process their data only with the consent of their guardian.
  3. When you visit and browse our website, we collect only the data collected from the cookies you have allowed by your consent, as detailed in our Cookie Policy. Occasionally, you may find embedded content from another website or social media platform on our website. If you choose to click on it, certain personal data may be transmitted to the respective service providers and used for advertising and product promotion purposes.

  7. The processing of your personal data is carried out either for the provision of the offered services or based on your consent. We collect the absolutely necessary data and make an effort to gather the minimum amount, the less the better.

Recipients of the data are the necessary staff at in.clude who are bound by confidentiality, as well as our collaborating businesses, which process your data on our behalf and according to our instructions. We use third parties to facilitate our services, execute tasks related to the purpose of in.clude, or analyze the usage of our website and its content. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use the data for any other purpose.

The Data Processors and any third parties promise and have agreed to:

  • Not send data to third parties without our or your consent
  • Take appropriate security measures
  • Comply with the legal framework for the protection of personal data, especially the GDPR Regulation

16. We do not make decisions, nor do we create profiles based on automated processing of your data.

17. We process your data according to the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU, and in general, the applicable national and European legislation for the protection of personal data.

18. You have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the applicable national and regulatory framework for personal data protection.

During events, actions, and training conducted by or in which inc.ude participates, there may be photography and/or video recording for the production of audiovisual material to be used in social media posts or other informational platforms of inc.ude or co-organizers and event sponsors/supporters. If you do not wish to appear in the material used for these promotional and informational purposes, please notify us before the start of the event or training at hello@include.org.gr.

20. We will update this Policy whenever necessary. If there are significant changes to the Policy or the way we use your personal data, we will notify you by posting a notice in a prominent location before the changes take effect or through any other appropriate method. We encourage you to regularly read this Policy to know how your data is protected.
